Gili Trawangan is located just off the northern shoulder of Lombok and is a fun haven known for its great weather conditions and water activities. Free from all motorized vehicles, transportation around the island is on foot, push bike or by traditional horse drawn buggies.
Gili Trawangan offers simple holiday facilities in terms of accommodation, bars, cafes and water sports. The island is accessed by boat only and all supplies are ferried from Lombok. Fast boat services are available on a daily basis from Padang Bay or Serangan in Bali.
